My Aunt sent me a picture of (from left to right, my great-uncle Vernon T. Migan, my great-great-grandmother, Mary Gertrude (Greenwalt) Migan, and my great-great-grandfather, John Thomas Migan. However, I’m not sure exactly when and where the image was taken. Can anyone help?

Given that Mary died in 1945, the picture was probably taken in the early 40’s or late 30’s. I’m not sure of the location, but they lived off of Offutt Road, in what is now Randallstown, Baltimore County, Maryland.
