Services on Thursday for Mrs. E. J. Keating

Services will take place Thursday for Mrs. Alicia Coakley Keating, wife of Edward J. Keating, retired supervisor of fire alarms and police cables, who died yesterday in the Stratfield hotel where the couple made their home.

They will be conducted at 8:30 a.m. in the M. J. Gannon funeral home, 515 Washington avenue, and at 9 o’clock in St. Augustine’s cathedral. Burial will be in St. Michael’s cemetery.

Mrs Keating was a member of the Daughters of the Union, Veterans of the Civil War; the Ladies Auxiliary of Harry W. Congdon American Legion Post, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW. She was born in Washington, D. C., and had lived in Bridgeport 50 years.

She is survived, in addition to her husband, by a sister, Mrs. Anna Pfleger, and a niece, Mrs. Alicia Wright, both of New York City.
