Marlene Francis Keating of RIdgely was charged with negligent driving, according to police records, following a mishap yesterday at Century Parking lot, Wineow Street, when her vehicle and a truck operated by Regina E. Schultz, 455 Walnut Street, collided. Mrs. Keating was treated and released from Sacred Heart Hospital following the incident.
