Another Murder in Cincinnati
Cincinnati, Jan. 22.–Monday night about nine o’clock ex—alderman John Kelly and Market Master John Keating, both under the influence of liquor, quarreled and finally came to blows. Michael Morgan, formerly of the Sanitary Department, stepped in to separate them and tried to get Kelly in a hack, as he was getting the worst of the fight. Morgan called upon Hayden, the balloonist, to help him, but the latter took offense at being called uon to assist Kelly, against whom he was`prejudiced, and drew a revolver and fired at Morgan. The shot took effect in Morgan’s breast and his death occurred in a few minutes. Hayden was arrested.
