Gerald J. Keating of Dayton had no trouble remembering the license plate numbers of both his cars until yesterday. They had the same numbers due to a mixup, the only one of its kind among eight million plates according to Bureau of Motor Vehicles officials. Keating has used the same plate numbers since April until a new set was issued yesterday by the state. (AP photo)
