D. C. Negro Held in Auto Fatality

Rockville, Md., Oct. 31–On a charge of feloniously causing the death of Prof. Henry Keating, of Hagerstown, Md., which resulted from injuries received in a an automobile collision here October 21, Paul C. Mackall, colored, of Washington, was arrested today and committed to the Rockville jail.
