Engagement Announced.
John Keating, of Cumberland, has announced the engagement of his only sister, Miss Kathleen Drennan Keating, to Richard Francis McMullen, son of Mrs. Rose B. McMullen and the late John McMullen and a nephew of former State Comptroller Hugh A. McMullen. Miss Keating is the daughter of the late Col. John Keating, native of Winchester, Va., and prominent in Cumberland, Baltimore, and Winchester banking circles and active in Democratic politics for many years. Colonel Keating died last November and Mrs. Keating the following month.
