County Board Hires Workers
The Allegany County Board of Commissioners have selected two workers.
James F. Keating, 525 Dilley Street, has been given a probationary appointment as janitor at the Court House. He has been a temporary employe since February 1. Keating ranked first in the Civil Service eligible list.
The commissioners also appointed Nina E. Leasure as a practical nurse after receiving a letter from Mrs. Joan S. Burke, secretary of the Civil Service Commission, that she had passed her test.
