San Francisco, July 29.–John A. Dix, governor of New York State in 1910-1912 and now a resident of Santa Barbara, Calif., was absolved of blame by police investigation of an accident yesterday in which Mrs. Nellie Keating, 55, of this city, was seriously injured by an automobile driven by the former governor.
