Judge Agrees Jet Was Not Too Low

Sandusky (UPI) – Air Force Capt. Robert Keating, 29, was found innocent Monday of charges he flew a jet plane too low over the city.

Several residents claimed they was Keating’s plane buzzing the city, but the pilot said he had been practicing with the T-33 jet trainer and did not fly lower than 1500 feet.
